Welcome to Soul Café, the online meeting place for initiates of Sant Khem Singh, operated by Shabd Yoga International (“we,” “us,” “our”). By registering for or using Soul Café, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About Soul Café

Soul Café is a private, members-only community. Access requires registration and admin approval. Features include discussion forums, member profiles and activity streams, a knowledge library, photo and video sections, and community announcements.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Membership is intended for initiates of Sant Khem Singh. To join, you must register with accurate information and confirm your email address. All new registrations are reviewed and must be approved by an administrator before access is granted. We reserve the right to decline or revoke membership at our discretion.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at namaste@innerlightandsoundmeditation.org if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Community Guidelines

Soul Café is a space for spiritual community and mutual respect. By participating in the forums, chat, groups, or any other feature, you agree not to:

• Post content that is abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or unrelated to the purpose of the community
• Harass, impersonate, or misrepresent yourself as another person
• Share another member’s personal information without their consent
• Upload content you do not have the right to share in a private setting (photos, videos, written material)
• Use the site for commercial solicitation or spam

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines, without prior notice.

5. Member Content

You retain ownership of content you post (forum posts, articles, photos, videos, profile content). By posting, you grant Soul Café a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the site for the purpose of operating the community. You are solely responsible for content you share.

6. Our Content

Master Stories, meditation materials, books in the knowledge library, and other materials provided by Soul Café remain the property of Shabd Yoga International or its licensors and are made available for personal, non-commercial use by members only.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Disclaimer

Soul Café is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and we are not responsible for content posted by members. Materials on the site are shared for spiritual and community purposes and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shabd Yoga International is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Soul Café.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Soul Café after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be interpreted in a manner consistent with applicable European data protection and consumer standards, without prejudice to any mandatory local laws that may apply to you.
